Stata 14 and missing icons on openSUSE 13.1 and 13.2

This was already an issue on openSUSE 13.1, it still is an issue on openSUSE 13.2: the default install of Stata 14 leads to the GUI launching with missing icons. As I noted back in April 2014, this was not an issue on RHEL 5/6 systems or older openSUSE systems. The fix that Stata Tech support provided back then, adapted by me for my personal preference of “general script” on Bitbucket still works though.
